Time LOG 14

ohh thanksgiving break...

3 hrs. taking more photos.

2.5 hrs working on computer, making the photoshop backgrounds

2 hrs debating and thinking about mounting (again) on wood?? bound together??

Time Log 13

3.5 hrs talking to 3 new people to take photos of. I talked to them about the process showed them previous works. They gave me insecurity sheets (some were redone in sharpie so i can scan them)
Then took photos... its beginning to get harder and harder to find different positions.

5 hrs printing, scaning, making backgrounds, adding inks, and manipulating final pieces.

2 hrs going to Home Depot to look at wood, mounting options with screws, nails, wood glue, bracers, ect.

3 hrs. looking online at portrait studies, different styles, possible mounting options, ect.

Time Log 12

TIME LOG 12

4.5 hrs. setting up times with new subjects. Going over thier insecurity sheets. Taking the photos.

7 hrs. working on new compositions. working with photoshop, making copies, using inks, ect.

2.5 hrs working and thinking about compositional ideas for layouts, mounting, and process ideas.


TOTAL HRS= 14 HRS

Time Log 11

2 hrs. pricing and looking at plywood for individual compositions.

3 hrs. working on a new composition. Photoshop, Pictures, inks, ect.

1.5 hrs researching compositional layouts and positions to have the subjects be in during the photographs.

****** Well i started noticing signs of sickness last thursday... and the symptoms got worse sat night. By sunday I knew that i was sick and went to the nurse on monday morning. I had the swine flu and then noticed spots underneath my arm pit and on may back that turned out to be some form of the shingles. Thursday i went to the doctors office and was cleared for the swine flu. they took a sample of the fluid from the shingles and are doing tests now to see exactly what strand of the shingles it is.

Time Blog 10

3 hrs= sketching, researching, thinking about mounting options. (matboard frame, wood, ect.)

4 hrs= creating new works... looking into new photograph techniques, quality of photo ect. (photoshop, ect)

1 hr= setting up new subjects for upcoming weeks.
